“Save the Last Dance for Me” is another typical example of Korean romantic drama, which has a lot of melancholic twists in between the plots. It also has the typical quadrangle love relationship formula – the main guy A and the main girl B love each other; another guy C loves the girl B and another girl D loves the main guy A; the guy C and the girl D are the obstacles of the love of two main characters. (Sometimes, the guy C and the girl D fall in love to each other at last, to make it a happy ending.)

Amnesia is the main theme of this drama. After a car accident, Hyun-woo loses his memory. Eun-soo discovers him and brings him back home. Over the course of his recovery, they fall in love. Another accident happens, Hyun-woo regains his memory but forgets the years he spent with Eun-soo. To avoid too many spoilers, make the long story short, they experience lots of ups and downs but finally end up living together happily.
